Grant Smith began his insurance career in 1977 when he went to work for an insurance company. He started in the agency side of the business in 1984. Grant is the agency owner and President. Grant is Past President of the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of the Panhandle. He specializes in commercial property and casualty insurance for all types of businesses. | |||
Jeff Perkins joined our staff in February 2005. He was in the banking business for six years before joining the insurance industry in 1985. Jeff will be concentrating on your commercial insurance needs. | |||
Al P. Cunningham is our Life, Health and Employee Benefits specialist. Al is Past President of the Panhandle Association of Health Underwriters and past State Board Member of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters. He has 40 years of experience in the Life and Employee Benefits field. Al can assist you with all of your business and personal insurance needs. | |||
H. Maxey Dodson has worked in insurance since 1967. He is a Past President of the local Independent Insurance Agent's Association (IIAA). Maxey works primarily with commercial lines insurance. | |||
Darinda Brogdon, ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative), began working in the insurance industry in 1977. Darinda has personal insurance, claims, and business insurance experience. She is one of our valued Account Managers and now works primarily on business property and casualty insurance. | |||
Carolyn Mason, ACSR, is also an Account Manager. Carolyn started working for PIA Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1968. She has many years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative with many of our Business Insurance clients. | |||
Connie McKay is our Life, Health and Employee Benefits Account Manager. Connie started with our agency in 1996. She came to us with prior experience selling Life insurance. | |||
Michele Perez, ACSR, CISR, CLCS, joined our agency in March of 2008. Michele earned her Certified Insurance Service Representativle (CISR) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designations in 2005. She is our Personal Insurance Manager and will be handling your Personal Insurance needs. | |||
Kim Pitt, ACSR, is an Account Manager in our Business Insurance division. Kim's experience in other areas of our office includes Claims Coordinator and Accounting Manager. Kim has been with PIA since 1989. | |||
Denita Reyna is PIA's Operations Director. Denita's experience with PIA began in 1987. She has worked as a Business Insurance Customer Service Representative, Business Insurance Marketer, and continues to function as Accounting Manager and Computer System Coordinator. | |||
